Oct 30th (Wed)– Oct 31st (Thu) – Opening remarks, Key 8 sessions, etc. at Toyota Automobile Museum
Nov 1st (Fri) – Museum Tour & Farewell Dinner at Fuji Motorsports Museum
Nov 2nd (Sat) – Move to Mishima towards Tokyo station and delegates disperse
